As you enter the villa from the upper floor, you are welcomed into a bright and inviting open-plan living space. The living room and dining area are seamlessly connected, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation or dining with friends and family. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all modern amenities such as an oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. The upper floor also features a convenient WC for guests.
An internal staircase leads down to the lower floor, where you will find two well-appointed bedrooms. One bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second features two single beds, providing flexibility for families or groups. These bedrooms share a large, modern bathroom with a shower and WC.
Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a separate studio with a semi-double bed, a small kitchenette, and a private shower/WC. This studio offers added privacy, making it perfect for guests or teenagers seeking their own space.
The villa’s exterior is designed to enhance the serene environment. A fenced courtyard surrounds the property, offering a private outdoor space where guests can unwind. The villa also boasts a balcony with beautiful views of the waterfront, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze and spectacular sunsets. Open-air parking is available right outside the villa, making access easy and convenient. The entire property is air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets for added comfort.
Petrina 3 Waterfront Villa is located in a peaceful, rural area that provides an authentic Cretan experience. It is just a short walk (50 meters) from a quiet local beach, where you can enjoy the soft sand and crystal-clear waters. A local supermarket is only 100 meters away, ensuring that you have everything you need within easy reach. Heraklion airport is 60 km from the villa, offering excellent transport links.
