The pretty villa "Sa Punta Dúplex" is easy to find as it is located directly on the beach promenade of Cala Ratjada. You will immediately recognise your holiday home by the unmistakable charm of a simple fisherman's cottage, which has an incredible radiance thanks to its bright white façade and sunny yellow shutters. On two terraces or the balcony, you can enjoy the beauty of the coast with its sometimes rugged rock formations, separated only by the promenade. This is a Fincallorca holiday home. The interior of "Sa Punta Dúplex" is spread over two levels. The cosy living room of this cheerful summer house becomes even cosier on cooler evenings thanks to the open fireplace. From here you can access the small balcony facing the promenade. The dining room and a pragmatically equipped kitchen are also located on this floor. The main bathroom is located next to the kitchen and is easily accessible from all terraces. The master bedroom on the upper floor also has its own bathroom with shower. Playa Na Ferradura, a small, cliff-lined bathing area, is located directly in front of the house. Other beaches such as the town beach Platja de Son Moll or the pine-lined Cala Agulla are around 3 km away.
