The stylish finca "Can Cabell" is nestled in the unspoilt nature of the north-east of Mallorca and offers sweeping views of the coast and the mountains. This property is located in a secluded spot and offers absolute privacy, making it the perfect retreat.

A private driveway leads to the villa, with a garage for your hire car. The terraced landscaping is home to a stunning infinity pool, adorned with mosaic tiles and perfect for relaxing while taking in the expansive surroundings. High-quality loungers and patio furniture invite you to relax in the open air. A covered dining terrace seats eight people, ideal for meals with a view, and there is also a barbecue for evening feasts.

Inside, the villa offers a minimalist, open-plan living area. The living area is bright and spacious and features a cosy sofa area, satellite TV and a large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering holiday, while the air conditioning and heating ensure comfort all year round. Four bedrooms with large double beds (2 x 2 metres) and en-suite bathrooms ensure privacy for all guests. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two on the upper floor.

The beautiful finca "Can Cabell" is located in the north-east of the island, not far from the small fishing village of Colonia Sant Pere, where you will find some very nice restaurants along the small promenade. The small town of Artá has a well-stocked supermarket and can be reached by car in around 20 minutes, while the centre of Manacor with its weekly market on a Monday is only 15 minutes away. The beautiful, unspoilt sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina is only a few minutes away by car.
