Inside, a light-flooded living/dining/kitchen area serves as the heart of the house with a cosy fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The two bright bedrooms promise restful nights, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The friendly bathroom is functional and well designed. A storage room is conveniently equipped with beach utensils.

The villa also serves as a perfect base for hikers, as there are various scenic routes nearby.

Villa Flor is situated in an absolutely private and quiet secluded location, on the outskirts of Colònia de Sant Pere, in the eastern part of the island. The beautiful promenade at the harbour is less than 2 km away. The marvellous natural sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina can be reached in about a quarter of an hour.
