A picturesque villa situated in Sumartin allows you to enjoy a beautiful sea view. Just few minutes walking from Villa you can find a beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants. Ferry port which connects Sumartin with the land is also on a walking distance from villa.
Villa Tinka is built out of white Brač stone, thus creating a unique bond between traditional elements and modern, luxury solutions.
The villa itself consists of 2 connected units. Each unit has a master bedroom with terrace access and bay view, two spacious bedrooms, living space, dining space with the table for 6 people, sauna, and gym.
Each room has double bed, tv, closet and ensuite bathroom with the shower.
Both kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary dishes, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle.
An outdoor pool is a central point of the villa. This area also offers you an opportunity to dine outside while enjoying the view. You can also use the outside fireplace for grilling or you can try to prepare a traditional Dalmatian peka.

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
