The ground floor features a bright kitchen/dining area with modern amenities and a separate cosy sitting room with a fireplace. Ascending to the first floor, discover a second living room and inviting bedrooms which offer picturesque garden or pool views. One bedroom boasts an ensuite shower room, while a separate bathroom caters for the others.
Outdoors, the expansive property offers two terraces - a south-facing one shaded by trees, equipped with a dining table and a Plancha, and a poolside terrace with a pergola, dining area, and sun loungers.
