It is important to note that the entire estate is spread over 18 hectares, with the owners living in their private house on site and the janitors living in a separate house next to the rental property. The property is surrounded by greenery, hiking trails invite you to go for walks or bike rides; the river Dordogne is only a 10-minute walk from your front door. The nearest shops can be found in Martel, approx. 4.5 km away.
