This stone vacation home is nestled in a 12-hectare park and offers an authentic experience in the Quercy Lot. The house has a rustic charm with exposed beams, travertine and wooden floors. The house has an open kitchen with U-shaped worktop, a spacious living area with dining area and a cozy sitting area. There is also a wellness area with spa, sauna and cold water pool. On the upper floor, accessible via a wooden staircase, are the bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, as well as a separate WC and bathroom. The separate outbuilding houses an additional bedroom with adjoining shower room and private terrace. The property has a large driveway leading to a private parking area, a wooded park, meadows and a private swimming pool located approximately 150 meters from the cottage. It is important to note that the entire estate is spread over 18 hectares, with the owners living in their private house on site and the janitors living in a separate house next to the rental property. The property is surrounded by greenery, hiking trails invite you to go for walks or bike rides; the river Dordogne is only a 10-minute walk from your front door. The nearest shops can be found in Martel, approx. 4.5 km away.
