Welcome to our renovated, approx. 42qm large apartment for 2 people. Expect a beautiful living room with access to the south balcony. In the Schlafnische you expect a comfortable double bed. The sofa can be reconditioned in a sleeping couch. The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave (including oven), toaster, coffee machine and water cooker. The apartment also has a bathroom with shower and WC.

The accommodation has its own PKW pitch at the back of the house. Parking at your own risk. The parking lot is recommended for small cars, as the drive is very narrow. Additional parking spaces are available right on the street.

To the right of the entrance door is a compartment for bicycles. To the right of entrance "House 7" gives a laundry and drying room.
