Exquisite Holiday Home in Sydals Denmark with Sauna

Approx. 500 metres from the ocean you will find this well-decorated holiday cottage with swimming pool and activities that has everything your heart desires. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned and built with two separate sleeping sections and two large bathrooms. Both bathrooms have shower cubicle and underfloor heating. The pool section has a sauna, large built-in whirlpool with massage panels for back and sides and a hand held shower. The living/dining room has a tasteful décor with a flat-screen TV, PlayStation, sofa area and a wood-burning stove, all helping to create a cosy atmosphere. On the other side of the centrally located living/dining room you will find the activity room where you can play darts or pool or challenge each other in table tennis. Both the pool area and activity room are good places for gathering the family. On the large plot surrounding the house there are swings and a sandpit. The grown-ups can relax on the sun bed. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. Not for rent to youth groups

    “Das Haus an sich ist Top ausgestattet und in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Leider nur 4 Sterne, da alle Ferienhäuser in diesem Gebiet sehr offen sind, d.h. es gibt keine Zäune/Hecken o.ä., was dafür sorgt, dass man vor allem abends etwas weniger Privatsphäre hat.”

    “Ja mit der Lage war ich zufrieden. Die kleinen Dinge des Alltags wie Klopapier, Zucker, salz, etc. Waren leider gar nicht vorhanden, was ja in Ferienhäusern normalerweise so üblich ist. Und die Bäder sind für so ein großes Haus sehr klein und es gibt keine ablagemöglichleit im Badezimmer (Regale o.ä.).”

    “Sehr ruhig gelegen und durch die Weitläufigkeit auch sehr ruhig, trotz spielender Nachbarn. Ausstattung ist soweit top. Playstation 3 für die Kids. 2 Fernseher mit Sat-Reciever. Auf dem Schlafboden nochmal ein TV ohne Anschluss. Der Preis für eine Woche inkl. Verbrauchsrechnung ohne groß was gemacht zu haben doch eher hoch. Wahrscheinlich liegt das aber an dem doch stark beheizten Poolbereich !? Wir haben von 480€ Kaution gerade mal 8€ wieder bekommen. 185€ waren für die Endreinigung verrechnet worden. Der Rest für Wasser und Strom. HAMMER :-(
    Die Sauna war erst Mal defekt, was man bei einer richtigen Endabnahme sicher hätte feststellen können. Der Boden im Poolbereich ist meiner Meinung nach etwas schlecht gefertigt. Das Wasser läuft eher in die Sauna, als in den Ablauf und einen Gummiabzieher gibt es nur im Handformat für die beiden Duschen. Reicht mir persönlich auch nicht aus. Des Weiteren hätte ich mir einen weiteren Ausgang auf den Terrassenbereich gewünscht. Es wird doch ordentlich nass, wenn man aus dem Poolbereich geht und muss ständig sehen, dass man konzentriert läuft. Die Kleinen sind schon ein paar mal hingeknallt.     “Top ausgestattet, großzügig aufgeteilt, gute Lage von Deutschland aus. Sehr zufrieden. Empfehle jedem Urlauber sich vorher per Internet auf die örtliche Lage vorzubereiten( was man unternehmen kann, wo man essen kann usw...).”
