    Nachteile je nach Geschmack:
    - Wegen enger Bebauung ist bei lebhafter Nachbarschaft Lärmbelästigung möglich.
    - Für Selbstverpfleger nur bedingt geeignet, da Töpfe, Pfannen und Kochbesteck von sehr geringer Qualität. Nur eine Schüssel vorhanden.
    - Eher unbequeme Stühle.
    - Der versprochene Meerblick stellt sich als relativ kleiner Ausschnitt zwischen zwei Bergkuppen dar.”
