Almirida Beach Holiday Villa Giannis is a beautiful 3-bedroom maisonette situated in an excellent location at the heart of the tourist resort of Almirida, right next to the sandy beach and all the amenities required for a relaxing vacation. It offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility, ensuring your holidays are unforgettable. The villa has been fully renovated for 2020.

A variety of taverns are located across from the apartments, and within a 5-minute walk, you'll find a supermarket, ATM, and a taxi station. The villa spans 120 square meters and can easily accommodate up to 6 people.

The villa features a 3-story layout. As you enter, on the middle floor, you'll find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining area adjacent to the living room. The living room includes a satellite TV set with a DVD player. French doors open to the balcony with patio furniture and offer a lovely view of the beach and the sea. Additionally, on the same level, there is a shower/WC. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. One has a double bed, an exit to the balcony, and a TV, while the other has twin beds. They share a spacious bathroom/WC, where the washing machine is located. The balcony of the double bedroom offers a fantastic sea view, and the patio furniture provides the perfect setting for relaxation. The third bedroom is on the lowest floor and includes two single beds (there is no air conditioning in this area, as it remains relatively cool; fans are provided). In the exterior of the house, there is a small garden and a BBQ area for common use. Wi-Fi is available.

Additional outdoor features include a small playground located next to each apartment, ideal for families with small children, as well as a parking area for those with vehicles.

Almirida boasts two sandy beaches, fully equipped with umbrellas, loungers, and a lifeguard. Additionally, there is a third pebble beach just before the village. The beaches of Almirida receive the Blue Flag designation annually, indicating that the sea is clean, and the beach provides the necessary safety features and customer service facilities.

Almirida village is only 35 km from Chania airport and 15 km from Souda Bay Harbor. Chania International Airport offers numerous charter and scheduled flights, especially during the summer season from April to October. Souda Harbor has daily ferry connections from Athens (Piraeus Harbor) with the Anek Lines company.
