Ruhiges Anwesen auf einer Waldlichtung gelegen, genießen Sie die Ruhe und Natur beim Baden oder Angeln im gemeinschaftlichem Weiher, unternehmen Sie ausgedehnte Wanderungen im Sommer oder Langlaufen im Winter – hier sind nicht nur Familien mit Kindern sondern auch Hunde herzlich willkommen
Die beiden Ferienhäuser und das Haupthaus der Gastgeberfamilie befinden sich ruhig gelegen auf einer Waldlichtung ca. 200m von den nächsten Nachbarn entfernt.
Beide Ferienhäuser sind individuell und rustikal eingerichtet, wobei der traditionelle Kachelofen hier natürlich nicht fehlen darf.
Das gesamte Grundstück ist umzäunt und von Wald und Wiesen umgeben, so dass Sie hier einen idealen Ort für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder Hunden vorfinden. Im eigenen 1000m² großen Weiher können Sie Angeln, Schwimmen oder mit dem Schlauchboot fahren.
Das nächste Freibad befindet sich zu Fuß ca. eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Wer lieber die Ruhe der Natur genießen möchte, kann direkt an der Hofgrenze in den Wald zum Wandern oder Pilze suchen gehen. Außerdem befindet sich in Schöllnach eine alte Eisenbahnstrecke, welche jetzt geteert ist. Dort hat man die Möglichkeit im Sommer mit dem Rad, mit Inlinern oder zu Fuß die Strecke Richtung Kalteneck oder Niederalteich zu erkunden. Im Winter - bei genügend Schnee wird diese Strecke für die Langläufer hergerichtet. In der näheren Umgebung finden Sie den Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald, die Wandergebiete um den Arber, der Rachel und den Lusen. Passau und Deggendorf sind die nächsten größeren Städte und auf jeden Fall eine Besichtigung wert. Auch für die kleinen Leute findet sich immer etwas zu tun. Man kann baden in der Sonnentherme Eging oder im Elypso in Deggendorf, ein Ausflug nach Pullmann City oder den Bayernpark machen.

The Victoria holiday house is on two floors. The ground floor has a large hallway, a guest WC and a big rustic living room-kitchen with a big tiled fireplace stove fired from the hallway. It has dark paneling, as in the Bavarian farms of the past. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher and fridge. Wide wooden stairs lead to the upper floor, consisting of a bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin, a bedroom with a lounge area with two sofas, a desk, a rustic cupboard with a TV and two berth beds, and a second bedroom with a large double bed and seating. All the floors in the house are wood. The second bedroom and the hallway have spacious built-in cupboards.
In front of the house there is a little bench for relaxing, as well as seating with a parasol.
The house is heated exclusively with the fireplace stove. Plenty of firewood is available.
