Nelle vicinanze di Umago, ad appena 1 chilometro dal mare, nell’abbraccio degli uliveti, vigneti e dei boschi vi aspetta una casa vacanza di altissima categoria. Nel suo magico ambiente naturale troverete la tanto desiderata tranquillità e risveglierete emozioni assopite.

Per mantenere fresca e riscaldare l’intera struttura utilizziamo fonti di energia rinnovabile e a basso consumo energetico.

Nella fase di ristrutturazione di questa vecchia casa di pietra istriana abbiamo prestato particolare attenzione alla conservazione e all’utilizzo di materiali e oggetti autoctoni, che hanno dato alla casa nuova vita mantenendo intatto il fascino del passato.

Nell’ambito della villa troverete anche una SPA con vasca idromassaggio, sauna, palestra e una stanza relax.

Avrete a disposizione anche la piscina esterna da 46 m2 di superficie, la cucina esterna con camino, il parcheggio al coperto e un ampio giardino da 2600 m2.

Per garantirvi una maggiore privacy la tenuta è debitamente recintata e l’assenza di barriere architettoniche la rendono il luogo ideale anche per le persone con esigenze particolari

    “Wunderschönes Haus mit TOP Wellness-Anlage. Sehr schöne Pool-Landschaft! Schöner Strand in Novigrad.

    “Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Toller Wellness-Bereich, den wir wegen schlechtem Wetter häufig genutzt haben. Die Aussenküche mit integriertem Grill ist auch sehr sehr schön und gut nutzbar. Allgemein merkt man, dass das Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut und ausgestattet ist. Das Haus ist auch sehr gut für den Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern geeignet, Hochstuhl und Kinderbett stehen auf Wunsch zur Verfügung. Das gesamte Grundstück ist umzäunt.

    Auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und konnten mit guten Ausflugstipps und Restaurantempfehlungen aufwarten. Allerdings ist die Kommunikation nur auf Englisch und nicht auf Deutsch möglich.

    Die Villa ist sehr zu empfehlen.”

    “Eine sehr gelungene Anlage, die keine Wünsche offen lässt! Und wenn doch, ist die Vermieter umgehend bemüht diese zu erfüllen. Es ist alles sehr gut durchdacht und detailverliebt renoviert worden. Ein Regentag ist kein Problem - der Wellnessbereich hilft aus. Die Außenküche mit Grill ist perfekt für laue Abende! Umag und Novigrad sind in ein paar Autominuten zu erreichen.”
