This stylishly furnished villa enjoys a beautiful location just outside the center of Vodice in a smaller settlement called Srima, only 200 m from the sea and beach.
The bright and light-flooded interior offers an open plan living area with kitchen and dining area with pink details, with direct access to the outdoor area with private pool where you can relax on the sun loungers or the comfortable lounge area. The spacious bedroom on the first floor also offers direct access to the pool, which is very practical for all early risers who want to have the pool to themselves in the morning.
The other three light-flooded bedrooms, all with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, are located on the second floor, where there is also a modern, spacious terrace. The fourth bathroom is on the first floor and all bedrooms and the living area are air-conditioned.
This is a semi-detached villa (the other half is the smaller Villa Vlahov II with 3 bedrooms). 2 parking spaces are at your disposal in the common parking lot of all four villas (Vlahov I - Vlahov IV) Villa Vlahov I is located in Srima, a small village near Vodice. The town of Vodice is located in the county of Sibenik-Knin, in the "center" of the Croatian coast. Vodice is a popular tourist hotspot, famous as a lively coastal town with many beautiful beaches and many events that take place during the summer months, such as concerts, festivals and folk events. There are also cultural sights to discover - churches from the 16th and 18th centuries, the fortified tower 'Coric Tower' or the memorial center of Faust Vrancic, the famous inventor of the parachute and important Croatian historical figure. For those who want to spend an active vacation, this area offers the opportunity to try various water sports, diving, kayaking and windsurfing. There are also numerous cycling and hiking trails in this area. The location of Vodice is also ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The historic town of Sibenik is just a short drive away. Only about 60 kilometers separate Vodice from Zadar in the north and Trogir in the south. Another advantage of Vodice is its proximity to the Krka National Park, the Kornati National Park and the Vrana Lake Nature Park (Vransko Jezero). You should also visit at least one of the nearby islands of Murter, Prvic or Zlarin.
