Welcome and Grüß Gott from Kaltern/Altenburg. If you are looking for a spot of paradise with an unobstructed view of our mountain world, the "Kristallhof" is the right place for you. If you are looking for peace and quiet, want to be away from the noise, want to discover the mountains and the lakes, then you will find the ideal starting point from our house. Our farm with a wonderful view of the Rosengarten. The climate is mild and sunny, ideal for hiking, cycling, swimming, sailing, etc. The farm is surrounded by orchards and vineyards and is located in the centre of the small village of Altenburg. Kaltern is 6 km away. The bright and cosy apartment "GOLDEN" with balcony (from 2 - 4 persons) is furnished with much love and consists of 1 kitchen-living room, 1 shower/WC, hair dryer, 2 bedrooms (connecting door). The kitchen-cum-living room is fully equipped: dining area, induction plate, dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator, satellite TV, (digital) books and games, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, toaster. The private garden area and sunbathing lawn with a view of the mountain peaks and in the middle of fragrant apple orchards are the perfect place to relax and unwind (deckchairs are available). Grill and table football are at your disposal. The daily price is for 2 persons using one bedroom. Bathing rats can swim free of charge in Lake Kaltern.     “Es war eine bestens ausgestattet und super schöne Ferienwohnung, in die wir auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen. Sehr netter Empfang durch die Gastgeber Renate und Franz. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Im Bad gibt es auch einen Föhn was leider oft nicht so ist. Es gab riesige Schlafzimmerschränke und auch genügend Kleiderbügel. Das Bett war bei Begrüßung als Herz gelegt und eine kleine Süßigkeit lag auf dem Nachttisch. Außerdem war schon eine Flasche Apfelsaft im Kühlschrank. Renate hat sogar am Ende der Woche einen leckeren Apfelstrudel und Schokoladeneier gebracht und an Ostern ein kleines Nest. Wir haben uns riesig über diese netten Gesten gefreut. Man bekommt auch sehr viele Ausflugstipps und Infos für die Umgebung von den beiden. Wenn man einen Wunsch hat wird dieser sofort erfüllt. Genau gegenüber der FEWO gibt es auch eine sehr leckere Pizzeria, die absolut zu empfehlen ist. Super lecker, preislich gut. Auch der leckere selbstgebackene Kuchen bzw. die Torte ist dort zu empfehlen. Es waren riesen Stücke. Die Gegend ist super und wir hatten auch eine große überdachte Terasse, auf der wir sogar Anfang April in der Morgensonne draußen frühstücken konnten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen bei so einer schönen Wohnung, Lage und super netten Gastgebern. Danke nochmal an Renate und Franz für alles.”
