The house stands on a closed plot of 614 m² in a quiet part of Novigrad. Everything is quickly accessible on foot. The house is equipped with six apartments and about 400 meters from the sea.
The apartments are located on the first or second floor and in the attic with a separate entrance. The apartments are spacious, modern and comfortably furnished.
The apartments include: hairdryer, balcony / terrace, refrigerator, toilet, microwave, dishwasher, satellite TV, kitchen, bathtub or shower, flat-screen TV, private entrance, tile / marble floor, view, dining area, kettle, kitchen utensils, closet , Oven, hot plates, grill, sea view, detergent, coffee machine, city view, towels, bed linen, dining table, garden furniture, upper floors only accessible by stairs, toilet paper, free WiFi is available in all rooms.
Each has a balcony or terrace with a wonderful view of the city of Novigrad and the sea. A shared barbecue area is available to our guests in the garden. The parking spaces for cars are available in front of the house on the street and are available free of charge. For the bikes we have a garage about 300 meters from the house or in the enclosed yard next to the house.
