Comfortable apartments with balcony or terrace located near the sea, with a wonderful view of the city of Novigrad and the sea

The house stands on a closed plot of 614 m² in a quiet part of Novigrad. Everything is quickly accessible on foot. The house is equipped with six apartments and about 400 meters from the sea.

The apartments are located on the first or second floor and in the attic with a separate entrance. The apartments are spacious, modern and comfortably furnished.

The apartments include: hairdryer, balcony / terrace, refrigerator, toilet, microwave, dishwasher, satellite TV, kitchen, bathtub or shower, flat-screen TV, private entrance, tile / marble floor, view, dining area, kettle, kitchen utensils, closet , Oven, hot plates, grill, sea view, detergent, coffee machine, city view, towels, bed linen, dining table, garden furniture, upper floors only accessible by stairs, toilet paper, free WiFi is available in all rooms.

Each has a balcony or terrace with a wonderful view of the city of Novigrad and the sea. A shared barbecue area is available to our guests in the garden. The parking spaces for cars are available in front of the house on the street and are available free of charge. For the bikes we have a garage about 300 meters from the house or in the enclosed yard next to the house.

The price includes barbecue facilities and WiFi.

Smoking in the apartments is prohibited.

Shops, restaurants and the beach are within a radius of around 800 meters. Novigrad bus station is 600 meters from the apartments. The old town of Novigrad can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Pula Airport is 65 km away. Istralandia, a large water park, is 5 km away and offers a lot of fun.

Our apartments are spacious, modern and comfortably set up. Each one includes a own balcony or terrace with a wonderful view of the city and the sea. Novigrad, shopping, restaurants and the beach are located in a perimeter of 800m. Included in the price without limitation, is a barbecue area and WiFi.

This one bedroom apartment can accommodate up to four people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a convertible sofa for two more people in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, with a dining room with chairs for all people. The apartment has a private bathroom with a shower and towels provided.

The bus terminal is located approx. 600m. away from Apartments Grgic. The distance to the Pula airport is 65km.
